Red Star Raceway | 25 April 2026. Welcome to the official entry form for Round 3 of the HISTORIC INLAND TOUR, taking place at Red Star Raceway on the 25th of April 2026. All competitors wishing to participate in this event are required to complete this online entry form and submit the relevant entry fee via the online payment system provided. Please note that entries will only be accepted once payment has been successfully completed. Going forward, all entries for events hosted at Red Star Raceway must be processed through the online entry and payment system. No manual or unpaid entries will be confirmed. Competitors are requested to ensure that all information submitted on this form is accurate and complete, including driver details, vehicle information, class/category selection, and emergency contact information. Upon successful submission and payment, competitors will receive a confirmation of entry. We look forward to welcoming you to Red Star Raceway.

RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION
The undersigned acknowledges that the use of the Track involves inter alia the use of speeding vehicles and associated activities with an inherent danger involved. Red Star Electrical (Pty) Ltd t/a Red Star Raceway (hereinafter referred toas "Raceway")nor the members and/or directors of the Raceway shall be responsible or may beheld liable for any loss, damage or injury of whatsoever cause, including consequential losses, suffered or caused to any person or property anywhere on or about the Raceway's property or the Track or whilst participating in the event, whether such loss, damage or injury is occasioned by any act or omission of the Raceway or the members and/or directors of the Raceway, or anyone else for whose actions they or any of them would be liable in law, or by reason of force majeure, casus fortuitous, rain or other water, riots, strikes, theft or burglary with or without force-able entry, or by reason of any condition on or off the Track or any building structures, or any defective facilities rented by the Raceway, or caused by any activity carried out by the Raceway, or by other cause of what soever nature and however arising.
The undersigned shall, at all times, hold the Raceway and its members and/or directors and all persons for which the Raceway is responsible indemnified against and harmless from and shall in no matter whatsoever seek or hold any of them liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of personal injury or patrimonial loss arising directly or indirectly from the participation of any person in the activities at the Track and/or at the Raceway or practice or related activity or any other activity of the Raceway or any member and/or director of the Raceway or any person for which the Raceway is responsible whether or not such injury, loss or damage can be attributed directly or indirectly to wilfulness or negligence of what soever nature or degree on the part of the Raceway or any member and/or director of the Raceway of any person for which the Raceway is responsible and/or any of the Raceway's officials, employees and/or agents. This indemnification shall include attorney’s fees incurred in defending against any claim or judgment agreed that the undersigned shall have the opportunity to consent to any such settlement, provided, however, that such consent shall not be reasonably withheld.
The undersigned agrees to have read the safety rules, abide by the safety rules of the event and/or Raceway and agrees not to undertake any action not instructed by the Track and/or Raceway. The undersigned furthermore agrees that he is satisfied with the safety and medical facilities provided and furthermore acknowledges that should he/she be injured and transported by ambulance and that the Track and/or Raceway is not liable at any time for any medical costs incurred. The undersigned furthermore consent and agrees to the regulations of Motorsport SA. This indemnification will also be extended to the undersigned's spouse, heirs, successors, representatives, agents, and assignees and will be mutatis mutandis be applicable to them. The undersigned acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the Rules and Regulations.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- You are forbidden to ride or drive in the opposite direction on the track or in the pit lane.
- You are forbidden to do wheelies, burnouts or endows nor on the track neither in the pit area.
- You will not race or drag other riders or drivers unless organised and arranged by Raceway.
- You will not intimidate any rider or driver on the track by riding or driving too close, or by out braking or passing dangerously close in an unsafe intimidating manner that might cause a rider or driver to drift wide in an attempt to make room for above-mentioned situation.
- You are obliged to adhere to the rules of the marshals, and the instructors of the appointed instructors and organizers.
- An ILS and ambulance will be present on all track days.
- No riding or driving on the track will be allowed before or after the day has been officially declared open or closed by the chief marshal.
- No speeding will be allowed in the pit lane - max speed limit is 30km/h.
- All riders or drivers must ride on the right side of the marked area in the pit lane when entering until you are opposite your garage.
- Sessions will be 25 minutes long unless otherwise arranged by the Raceway organisers.
- The maximum riders or drivers on the track at any given time will be thirty unless otherwise arranged by the organisers.
- Riders or drivers on the novice group may only overtake on the straights, not in any turn.
- Riders or drivers in the intermediate group may overtake on the outside of a turn but only on entry, not while exiting a turn.
- Riders or drivers in the fast group may overtake anywhere on the track, but not in any dangerous or unsafe, intimidating way.
- The number of sessions and the duration including the structure could change on track days depending on the number of entries for the day and on the level of riders or drivers participating.
- Riders or drivers may not pull of the side of the track unless instructed to do so.
- Riders or drivers may not stop at an incident on track; the marshals will handle the situation.
- Riders or drivers in the A and B Group (fast groups) must only wear helmets with no shackles attached - helmets with shackles will not be allowed under any circumstances.
- It is advisable that all riders wear back protection when riding.
- Riders or drivers who wear Kevlar jeans are only allowed to ride in Groups C and D.
- Should you get injured on the track you will allow the medics to do a proper examination.
- In the event of rain or force majeure no money will be refunded. Force marjeure means anything that is beyond Raceway's control, for instance: any environmental disaster, earthquakes, floods, political unrest or any situation whereby the track cannot be used by motorcycles.
- No form of alcoholic substance or any illegal stimulant may be taken by track riders during the sessions or breaks between sessions.
- It is understood the riders or drivers will fill in indemnity forms prior to riding or driving on the track on each day of riding or driving.
- It is understood that riders or drivers must ensure their bikes for track riding since Raceway will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
- It is understood that riders or drivers will ensure that their bikes or cars are road worthy and in a good riding condition since Raceway will not be held liable for any accidents or death.
- Parking and camping are done so at your own risk.
- Pillions and passengers may be taken around the track if the pillion or passenger has signed the pillion or passenger indemnity documentation only in C group.
- Raceway reserves the right to suspend, ban or remove any rider or driver, their families and/or friends be found guilty of any illegal act or misconduct on or off the track. This includes theft, vandalism, not adhering to Raceway’s rules and regulation and/or any acts of unacceptable behaviour which shall be at the sole discretion of Raceway and its agents.
